"Dear Heavenly Father,
We thank you for the many blessings of the past and we ask for your continued guidance as we are called for the future. God, we ask you for your wisdom and love as we open our hearts and home for Christ. Remind us to be faithful stewards in sharing our love, gifts and talent. May Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church be a beacon of light in our community, in our world, and especially to our sister congregation in Tanzania. We pray that this Christian family will compassionately serve you with glory and honor.
